Yeah, I miss mine more the longer I'm here. [Though that may be because his bandmates are some of his dearest friends in the world...]

[Crow shares the same sentiment. His bandmates are his best friends, but sadly he's too prideful to admit that to their faces or they'll make fun of him!]

I'm still hoping they might appear one day.

Eh, I don't want to drag my guys here out of their peaceful lives if I can. Some of them would adore it but they got family to consider, and -- eh, there's some other stuff too. [Like poor Stormy who'd been through hell and back so recently. She needs rest and grounding, not adventure!]

Oh? Well if they have other responsibilities then it makes sense that they don't come!

[His bandmates are pretty young and don't really have families to think about. So it's easier for them to pack up and go, even for a little adventure. The beauty of youth!]

Though we can form a new band and create some connections here! It won't be the same as playing with our friends back home, but it'll still be fun!

It won't be the same, but it'll be fun and good in its own right, and isn't that what matters?

Yeah, totally agree! I guess we need to figure out what kind of sound we're going for? Maybe that'll come together when we start seeking other members, yeah?

[ He used to the basic guitar, bass, and drums combination. It'll be interesting to add other instruments into the mix and see what becomes of it.]

I'm a hard-rock-slash-metal kind of guy myself, but I'm flexible. It's not like I do any writing or composing or anything, so heck if I've got room to offer opinions.

Yeah, I kind of lean that way myself. I wrote the lyrics for my band before, but without a clear vision, I'll probably have trouble writing songs. Composition is important, we need someone with a good musical ear!

[His ears only work when he hears himself, so he's quite biased.]

I guess we need to find someone with those skills. Can't lean entirely on just looking and sounding good!

I mean I'm sure the audience won't mind some good eye candy, either way! But we can sound even better with the right composer!

We should announce recruitment over the network and see if we can get any bites.

[Morgan nods!] We need bass, drummer, and maybe a keyboardist. And in a perfect world one of them is an amazing bard that can play literally any instrument, but that might be getting greedy.

Those would be ideal! I met someone here, who could play the violin and the drums, so it's possible! They're in a band already, so unfortunately I can't ask them to join.

Hey, people can be in two bands. But yeah, that's a plan B. I haven't met any other musicians yet, sadly.

That's true, I'm sure he'd help us out if I ask, but I haven't seen him in a while. That's a shame! There are so many talented people here. There's another band, some people who sing or rap, and even people who play classical instruments.

Hey, those can work. I've heard a lot of music that mixed in violins or pianos or similar.

Yeah! There's an idol group back home that has a band member that plays the cello! If the lead singer wasn't so sparkling and an ass, I'd listen to their music more.

[Though as a Myumon, Crow couldn't hate their music even if he tried.]

So, including classical instruments will definitely produce a different sound for sure!

Also we're in a beggars-can't-be-choosers state at the moment, so there's that too.

True! I guess we have to wait and see what type of interest we get! I can put out a network post next month, and we can hold auditions!

Sounds like a great plan to me! Not going to make me audition too, though?

Oh yeah. Well, creating a band is your idea! It seemed like you were recruiting me rather than the other way around, so that's why I didn't even consider asking you to audition.

This is true! Well if you want to prove yourself and be fair, go ahead and show me what you got!

I'll set the standard for everyone at the audition! Then they'll know how good they have to be to keep up!
