morganknightStuff stuff things and stuff. Life is good these days.
Stephen and I made up, Andrea and I are on speaking terms again. I can't really say, right now, that there's anything in my life that really bothers me. Not one thing, and that's a really good feeling.
I visited Katie and Liam yesterday and I learned how to change a diaper. It was good just spending time with them, and wonderful to hold Liam (and embarassing to mess up the rice, but... some things can't be avoided!) Let's see. Oh yeah, one dark thing is Katherine Knight has apparently snapped. She wanted someone to beat up. Her first choice was Angelin; I stopped that. Her second choice was me. And oh, I was righteously wailed upon, but -- I don't mind losing, not when I know that's because she knows every move I could possibly make. She didn't hurt anyone else... Yet. Oh lord.
Last night Ronnie, Maiko, and Sashra came over and we completed my aborted birthday party. After having my hair braided and having my toenails painted (I forgot to take out the braid this morning before I went to practice. I've never seen a stranger look on Nhairis's face. And Leon just laughed and laughed...) they passed over presents. Ronnie got me some truly awful T-shirts; Sashra got me a Barbie doll and a pair of pink fuzzy dice for the Infinity; Maiko got me this AWESOME zombie costume. We spent the night snuggled together on my couch in one big pile (Which is to say, we slept for about an hour, having stayed up too late as usual). And life is... good.
Really good.
